Using your own portal, your freight is either entered in by you or via an API integration. Once it is in the system we will collect your items on the designated collection day.
Your freight once collected is then taken back to our depot. From there our team carefully sorts your orders. Anything for delivery in that state will stay in our temperature controlled warehouses and anything for our interstate transportation will be transferred to its next depot based on our schedule.
Our drivers in each state will load up their vehicles with your freight and deliver them to your customers. Our team of dispatchers look out for key instructions such as delivery days or time frames.
At the point of delivery if someone is home or if we have authority to leave then the parcel will be safely delivered. If we have no prior instructions to leave and no one is home, our driver will call your customer to see if the delivery can be left safely. If we can not get hold of your customer we will then reach out to you for your decision. Anything that can not be safely delivered will be returned to the depot and you will be notified.
