We ensure the wine is temperature controlled – our interstate vans are insulated and cooled and our local drivers take small runs in air-conditioned passengers vehicles using window shades and thermal blankets.
Well, accidents do happen but they are rare and you know about them the same day and a credit for the value of the wine is issued to you within 24 hours.
We offer insurance as part of your freight rate up to $1000 in value, and a 'high value consignment insurance’ option for 1% of the declared value for consignments over $1000 in value.
Read moreIf the recipient is not at home to receive their wine, we contact them whilst we are still on site and see if we can work something out. If not possible, we let you know and then arrange a reattempt with the recipient (futile charges apply).
